To be notified when sessions become available for yourself, your child, or a client you’d like to refer, please join our waitlist.
Information submitted through this form may include sensitive personal or health-related information. We use a secure form system to protect what you share. Submitting this form does not create a therapist-client relationship. We will review your inquiry and respond with appropriate next steps.
How to schedule your intake session:
After reviewing your intake questionnaire, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the best next steps.
If we have availability and believe Anthos will be able to serve your needs well, we’ll contact you to schedule your intake session. If we do not currently have an opening that works for you, we’ll let you know about waitlist availability.
If we believe another practice or provider may be better suited for your needs, we will communicate this to you honestly and provide a referral whenever possible.
What To Expect During Your Intake Session
Your intake session is longer and more comprehensive than a typical ongoing appointment.
We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, relationships, health, previous treatment, and the larger context surrounding what you are experiencing. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask questions and get a clearer sense of what working together may look like.
From there, we can make informed recommendations about the next steps in your care.

Individual Therapy: $200/session
Additional Consultation & Documentation: $200 minimum + $100/each additional 30 minutes beyond the first hour.
Why Anthos is a Private-Pay Practice
It’s the best way to provide accurate, comprehensive care.
Mental health disorder diagnoses are important pieces of data that help clients who need them get the care they need. However, insurance companies require such diagnoses in order to approve coverage. This often leads mental health providers to inappropriately label symptoms with a diagnosis solely in an effort to get treatment covered by insurance.
-
This is not a method we stand behind. It’s important to us to be honest in how we handle diagnoses which also helps us provide the right care for each individual.
Your confidentiality matters.
Insurance reimbursement requires a mental health diagnosis, medical necessity documentation, treatment plans, and the ongoing disclosure of protected health information to third-party payers. Our practice is structured as private pay to support greater privacy, discretion, flexibility, and individualized care. It’s important to us to provide a space where you feel safe and open to share anything, without fear of judgment or professional repercussions.
-
We will only disclose confidential information as required by law, under these conditions:
If subpoenaed by a judge (not a lawyer),
If you directly express suicidal intentions and we reasonably believe you are going to attempt to harm yourself,
If you directly express intentions to harm someone else and we reasonably believe you are likely to take action, or
We have reason to believe abuse or neglect a minor or elder has or may likely occur.
Their future matters.
For parents of our teen clients, this work is an investment in your child’s future. We’re not just providing solutions to current problems, but instilling tools and healthy perspectives that will help your child continue to grow into a well-rounded, high-functioning adult.
-
Our work is carefully attuned to the developmental stage of your child, meaning, we are careful to make the distinction between symptoms or behaviors that are normal for teenagers in this phase of life versus those that require a clinical diagnosis to treat. Because of this, our work is often preventative, teaching your teens how to navigate what they’re experiencing now so their symptoms do not worsen into a more serious condition later.
We want you to have the care you need.
We are 100% committed to making sure you receive the best possible care and insurance companies can limit your care by limiting the number of sessions and type of therapy you receive. We allow our clinicians to make recommendations based on what would be most effective for each individual client.
